How soon can you collect it?
Your price comes on the call. The pickup happens whenever suits you. We don't push people into same-day collection. If next Saturday works better, that's fine, and the offer doesn't expire. Give us deadlines like condo notices or flights on the first call.
Do I need to be there?
Usually not, but it needs arranging in advance. Someone has to be present to hand over the keys and paperwork, and payment has to go to the person entitled to it. A family member or friend can handle it if arranged.
What should I do before you arrive?
