We do not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.

Towing and logistics partners: If your vehicle requires towing by a third-party operator (for example, in areas outside our direct service zone), we will share your name, phone number, and pickup address with that provider. They are required to use your information only to complete the tow.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your personal information if required by law, court order, or a government authority acting under lawful authority in Alberta or Canada.

Business transfer: If Calgary Car Buyer is sold or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Quote requests that do not proceed to a sale: Information is retained for up to 90 days, then securely deleted.

When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it securely.
