What happens when you call?
This is the centerpiece. Nobody in this category writes it, and it answers the exact hesitation someone feels with their thumb over the number.
You'll speak to Michael. Not a receptionist, not a call center, not a queue.
He'll ask three things: what the car is, what's wrong with it, and roughly how many kilometers are on it. Describe the fault however you'd describe it to a friend - you don't need the technical name for anything. "It makes a noise and won't go into gear" is a perfectly good answer.
Then he'll give you a number. The whole call takes about two minutes.
What won't happen:

Where we pick up
All four Calgary quadrants - NE, NW, SE and SW - plus Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks.
Towing is free everywhere we go and never deducted from your offer. That includes the awkward ones: underground parkades, back alleys, rental stalls, cars that won't roll, and cars frozen into the ground.
